IMC was established in 1997 and has grown to well over 125 consultants serving over 50 customers worldwide. Our consultants have a wide range of skills across many different practice areas, including project-focused consulting, e-Commerce, systems and database administration, data warehousing, data transformation, and ERP. IMC has a large, virtual team and can deploy resources virtually anywhere that they are required.

Management Team IT Experience
IMC has an experienced management team, all of whom are IT professionals certified and trained by industry leaders in the Fortune 100. Each of our managers and recruiters has an extensive background in Information Technology and the management and technical experience needed to competently discuss your staffing requirements. Our goal is to provide a set of qualified candidates within 48 hours of our customer's request. Many requests are filled within 24 hours of receipt. IMC is able to provide this type of response by leveraging our large internal consulting team and our worldwide network of business partners.

IMC prides itself on the quality of candidates that are presented to our customers for both consulting and permanent placement requests. Every candidate is first pre-screened by one of our management staff to insure that their technical skills not only match the requirements of the customer but are also of a sufficient level to insure their success when placed in the field. By doing so we eliminate the need for our customers to do a rigorous technical interview and save the customer a great deal of time in the procurement or placement process. We can provide consultants on a time and materials or all-inclusive rate basis. Our commission structure is intended to be flexible in order to focus on the more important attribute of the procurement process - providing experienced, qualified consulting and full-time placement candidates with the proper mix of technical skills and industry experience to insure our customer's success.
